Robin Topol is a Partner at MSF and is a member of the Real Estate Group. Ms. Topol concentrates on commercial and retail leasing, and subleasing, sales and purchases of commercial property, shopping centers and other retail property, and financing.

Ms. Topol represents top-tier national landlords, as well as first class commercial tenants and subtenants in major metropolitan areas, including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Texas, California, and throughout the country. Her clients include some of the world’s largest national landlords, accounting firms, marketing and advertising agencies, global public relations companies, international electronic corporations, national insurance companies, as well as healthcare companies and medical offices with a growing regional medical practice. She also represents numerous financial services firms headquartered in New York City, including one of the world’s largest independently owned private equity firms.

Ms. Topol has also advised numerous national and multinational big box tenants and subtenants in connection with multiple retail locations throughout the metropolitan New York area, leasing of shopping centers, landmark restaurants in New York and Las Vegas, office and garage leases in New York.

Prior Experience

Before joining MSF in 2012, Ms. Topol was a Partner at Butzel Long LLP. She has previously served as a member of the Harrison Town Planning Board; a member of the Harrison Town Architectural Review Board, and a member of the Yale School of Management Alumni Board of Directors.

Representative Matters

Represents large scale national landlords in the leasing of New York City office buildings.

Represents national tenants in their leasing program, in Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and New York, as well as restaurants and restaurant chains, tech companies in their leases and real estate ventures, and medical offices, art galleries in New York, and various tenants throughout the country.

Represents sellers and buyers, including in connection with 1031 exchanges throughout the country.

Represents borrowers and lenders in financing transactions.
