Practice Area: Intellectual Property

Robert Feinland is Counsel at MSF with the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. Mr. Feinland focuses his practice on all aspects of intellectual property litigation, with a particular concentration on patent, trademark, copyright, trade dress, internet, anti-counterfeiting, false advertising, licensing, and unfair competition matters. Mr. Feinland represents clients in proceedings before the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board as well as in post-grant proceedings at the USPTO’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board.  Mr. Feinland also provides counseling and legal services related to the procurement, registration, licensing, maintenance, and enforcement of trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property assets.

Prior to joining MSF, Mr. Feinland was an associate at an intellectual property boutique firm and part of the intellectual property group at an AmLaw 200 firm in New York. While attending law school, Robert was a member of the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy where he counseled emerging tech, Internet, communications, and new media companies.
