Nicole Bernier is an Associate in the Corporate Group at MSF. Her practice involves counseling clients in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including public and private mergers, acquisitions, securities transactions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and joint ventures.
In addition, Nicole advises clients in a wide array of governance, securities and other commercial matters, including compliance and disclosure issues, at all stages of a business and in a variety of industries.

Before joining MSF in 2014, Ms. Bernier was an Associate in the Corporate Group of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP for over three years. In law school, Ms. Bernier completed a Judicial Internship with Hon. Dora L. Irizarry, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of New York in the summer of 2008 and participated in the International and Comparative Business Law, Bucerius Law School, Hamburg, Germany, in the Fall of 2009
