Molly M. Carroll is a Corporate Associate in the New York office of Meister Seelig & Fein. Ms. Carroll focuses her practice on public and private company mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings transactions, securities law, and general corporate advisory.

Prior to joining MSF, Ms. Carroll was an associate attorney at the Boston law office of Lawson & Weitzen, LLP where she advised clients primarily within the professional services industry on a variety of complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and reorganizations. While pursuing her law degree, Ms. Carroll also served as a legal intern to the General Counsel at Primark Stores Limited and was the Director of Trial Competitions for the Suffolk Moot Court Honor Board.
