Matthew Braunstein practices in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Mr. Braunstein has experience handling a broad array of real estate matters, including single asset and portfolio acquisitions and sales, new construction/development projects, joint ventures, sophisticated financing transactions, condominium conversions, and loan workouts and foreclosures.
Mr. Braunstein’s practice is concentrated mostly on commercial real estate, representing owner-developers, private investors, and lenders in multi-faceted commercial real estate transactions in New York and throughout the United States, with particular focus on the purchase and sale of office buildings, apartment complexes, apartment buildings, mixed-use facilities, retail and commercial condominiums, shopping centers, industrial buildings, hotels and development sites. Mr. Braunstein has also represented numerous buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions and closings.
