Matt Crawford is an Associate in the Real Estate Group and Taxation and Estates group. Mr. Crawford concentrates his practice in commercial leasing, representing both landlords and tenants of medium to large-scale office, retail and other commercial developments. In addition, Mr. Crawford has a wealth of experience in advising real estate clients on the structuring and negotiation of their various disposition, acquisition, and financing transactions and seeing those matters through to closing. He is proficient in analyzing title issues and other potentially problematic due diligence matters; advising on and, where possible, achieving satisfactory resolutions of such real estate matters. In addition to New York, Mr. Crawford is admitted in Connecticut, Florida and New Jersey, with experience in estate planning, probate and administration. He regularly collaborates with and lends his expertise to MSF’s Taxation & Estates Group.
