Lorrie B. Franco has a broad range of experience in the field of estates and trusts, with a focus on estate and tax planning, drafting of wills and drafting and implementation of trusts, including irrevocable, insurance, intentionally defective, supplemental needs, revocable and qualified personal residence trusts.

Having practiced law since 1986, Ms. Franco administers estates of all sizes, including substantial, complex estates. She is knowledgeable in gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer taxation, business succession, prenuptial agreements, the legal aspects of health care and disability, and the uses of sophisticated tax savings vehicles and charitable giving, and she represents clients in various proceedings in the Surrogate’s Court and before the Internal Revenue Service and the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance.
