Jeremy S. Roth

Jeremy Roth is a Partner in MSF’s Real Estate Group.  Practicing law for 22 years, Mr. Roth is highly recognized in the legal industry specifically in the real estate sector for his experience handling sophisticated real estate transactions.  This experience extends to commercial real estate transactions, including, but not limited to, the purchase, sale and refinancing of commercial properties throughout the United States.

Mr. Roth routinely negotiates loan documents with the purchaser’s lenders in connection with the financing of such transactions, including drafting operating agreements to structure the particular needs of the client.  He is also proficient in handling Section 1031 Tax Free Exchanges, loan financing, workouts and foreclosures.  Mr. Roth is involved in the initial discussions, drafting, reviewing and restructuring of commercial leases for his landlord and tenant clients.  In addition to his commercial real estate experience, he represents a number of cooperative and condominium boards in the New York Metropolitan Area and is involved in all aspects of their day-to-day operations.  He regularly handles high-end residential closings involving cooperative apartment and condominium units and is familiar with reviewing and drafting cooperative and condominium offering plans.

Mr. Roth’s calming presence in even the most difficult and contentious of transactions is often looked upon as his most effective trait.
