Eugene Meyers is Partner at MSF. He concentrates his practice on the representation of clients involved in complex commercial litigation. Mr. Meyers has experience in various types of business disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, shareholder derivative suits, trade secrets misappropriation, securities and bankruptcy. His representations have included real estate developers, private equity investors, media companies, energy suppliers and industrial manufacturers.

Mr. Meyers has appeared before federal courts throughout the United States and the state courts of New York and New Jersey. He has also represented clients in alternative dispute resolution forums, including domestic and international arbitrations.

Prior Experience

Before joining MSF, Mr. Meyers was an Associate at a Dentons’ legacy firm, Dacheng Law Offices, where his practice focused on the litigation and arbitration of international business disputes in U.S. and foreign forums. While pursuing his law degree, Mr. Meyers was an honors intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission where he handled the regulation of securities exchanges and FINRA. Mr. Meyers was also a member of the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic, where he counseled early-stage technology entrepreneurs on general corporate matters.
