David S. Lavian

David Lavian is an Associate in the Real Estate practice group and is resident in the New York office of Meister Seelig & Fein. Mr. Lavian’s experience spans investment funds, financial institutions, private real estate companies and developers on structuring, negotiating, and closing the acquisition and disposition, joint venture, leasing, financing, and development of a broad range of property types, including multi-family, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use properties.
