David Landau is a Partner in Meister Seelig & Fein’s Corporate department.  His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity and debt financings, securities laws counseling and corporate governance. David’s clients range from Fortune 500 companies, to middle market companies to smaller privately owned entities.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining Meister Seelig & Fein, David was a Corporate Partner at Ballard Spahr LLP, where he served as head of the firm’s Retail and Fashion practice group, a Corporate Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where he served as co-head of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group, and a Senior Counsel at The Amynta Group, a private equity backed insurance and warranty services company, where he negotiated and executed mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.
