Corey Rosenholtz is a real estate associate in the New York office of Meister Seelig & Fein. Mr. Rosenholtz advises buyers, sellers, owners, investors and lenders on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of all types of commercial properties.
Mr. Rosenholtz also has significant experience representing both institutional lenders and borrowers in the origination of mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, and consolidation, extension and modification agreements. He has become particularly adept at assisting buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of condos, coops and multi-family housing throughout New York.
