What a way to wrap up the month of July! Meister Seelig & Fein represented Eagle Rock Properties in the sale of a $386 million-dollar multifamily apartment portfolio and also represented Eagle Rock Properties in the launch of a new $425 million-dollar fully committed multifamily property private equity fund.
