No Attorney-Client Relationship

If you are not currently a client of MSF, your email or other correspondence will not be privileged and may be disclosed to other persons. Unless and until MSF has formally established an attorney-client relationship, as evidenced by a signed engagement agreement, please do not send any confidential information or any information that you would expect to be maintained in confidence.
If you communicate with us by email in connection with a matter for which we already represent you, you should note that the security of Internet email is uncertain. By sending sensitive or confidential email messages that are not encrypted, you accept the risks of such uncertainty and possible lack of confidentiality.
Electronic Communications Not Confidential
Electronic communications through the Site are not secure, and no such communication will be treated as confidential. Accordingly, please do not send us any information that you would want us to treat as confidential unless you receive a written engagement letter from us indicating that we are agreeing to represent you. The presentation of information on the Site or the receipt of it, or the sending of an electronic communication, inquiry or any other information through the Site will not create an attorney-client relationship with MSF or any lawyer here. Your providing unsolicited information to us, even in a good faith effort to retain us, will not preclude us from representing another client directly adverse to you, and using that information against you.

MSF owns or has the rights to all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and other rights to, or has rights in, all protectable text and graphics on the Site, the selection, arrangement, and presentation of all materials on the Site, and the overall design of the Site.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and require that people who use the Site do the same. It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe in good faith that your copyright has been infringed, please write to us at the address provided below, providing at a minimum the following information:

The Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York applicable to agreements made and fully performed therein. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in the State of New York, County of New York, for any action arising out of or relating to these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the use of the Site, and supersede all discussions, communications, conversations and agreements concerning the subject matter hereof.
