Employment Our Employment Group represents employers and individual executives in a broad spectrum of employment related transactional and litigation matters. We advise large corporations and small businesses on compliance with applicable local, state and federal employment, labor and wage-hour laws, drafting employment policies and personnel manuals, employment applications, individual employment agreements, plant closing notices and agreements, termination notices, separation agreements and investigating claims of discrimination. Executives are assisted in negotiating all aspects of their employment contracts, compensation packages, as well as separation terms.
