Emily Wolf is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Department. She is a graduate of University of Michigan (B.A. 1999) and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (J.D. 2002). Ms. Wolf is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey. Ms. Wolf has extensive experience in transactional real estate work. She has represented purchasers, sellers, and lenders in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Most recently, Ms. Wolf has represented numerous developers and sponsors of cooperative and condominium offering plans for major development projects throughout New York City.
