Ms. Weintraub was elected Special Counsel to the firm in 2005 and practices in a variety of areas, including contract disputes, real estate, employment, copyright, and insurance law. Prior to becoming associated with Meister Seelig & Fein LLP, she represented physicians and other health care providers and has experience in the area of health care law. Ms. Weintraub is admitted to practice in the New York and New Jersey state courts and the federal courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. She received her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Weintraub served as the Articles and Comments Editor for the University of Miami Entertainment and Sports Law Review.
