Ms. Stegich was elected Special Counsel to the firm in 2005 and practices in the area of general corporate, transactional, new media and estate planning. Her practice experience includes negotiating and drafting documents for a variety of corporate and business transactions including software development, licensing and distribution agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, limited liability company agreements, employment contracts, confidentiality and business protection agreements. In addition, Ms. Stegich is experienced in drafting wills and revocable and irrevocable trusts.
