Mitchell Schuster
Mr. Schuster focuses his practice on commercial, business-tort and intellectual property litigation. While most commercial litigators have little jury experience, Mr. Schuster has been a successful trial attorney, both in State and Federal Court, having participated in more than 50 jury trials. While a significant portion of Mr. Schuster's practice focuses on "litigation avoidance", his extensive trial experience and willingness to go to trial have served to provide his clients with outstanding results. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Schuster continues to counsel corporate, new venture clients and individual entrepreneurs in a wide variety of contract and intellectual property disputes, as well as serving as personal counsel to talent in the motion picture, recording, sports and television industries.
