Brian T. Lauck

Mr. Lauck is a corporate transactional lawyer, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions and general corporate law. Mr. Lauck's experience includes drafting and negotiating merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, limited partnership agreements, limited liability company agreements, registration rights agreements, stockholders' agreements, employment agreements and confidentiality agreements. From 1997-2005, Mr. Lauck was an associate at Rogers and Wells (now Clifford Chance) in New York where he represented clients including Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, AIG, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, J.&W. Seligman & Co., Colony Capital and Hearst-Argyle Television. Mr. Lauck received a B.A. in English from SUNY Binghamton in 1994 and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1997.
