Rhonda E. Kaley Rhonda E. Kaley is a litigation attorney who practices in the areas of business law, real estate law, employment law, and general commercial litigation. Ms. Kaley received her B.S. and M.S. degrees from Purdue University. She taught at the University of Northern Colorado from 1972 through 1985. She received her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 1983. Ms. Kaley is licensed to practice law in both California and Colorado. Ms. Kaley came to California in May 1987 as legal counsel for Kaiser Steel Corporation. S he has been with Chassman & Seelig since 1996.
