Thomas L. Friedman
He has substantial experience in appellate practice, arbitration and mediation in New York State Courts, as well as in other jurisdictions throughout the United States. During his career, Mr. Friedman has represented clients in disputes involving an array of substantive areas of the law, including complex litigations involving real estate, telecommunications, employment, breach of contract, business torts, defamation and related first amendment matters, and corporate control disputes. Mr. Friedman, who graduated from The George Washington University (B.B.A. 1986) and Hofstra University School of Law (J.D. 1989), where he was an associate editor of the Hofstra Law Review, is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in both the Federal and State courts of New York and Connecticut.
