Howard Davis is a litigation associate with the firm, having focused experience in contract disputes, bankruptcy adversary proceedings and employment law. He is a graduate of Brandeis University having received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature, magna cum laude, with honors. In 2006 Mr. Davis earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law where he competed in interschool Moot Court competitions and was a member of the Moot Court Board. Mr. Davis is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the federal courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
