Mr. Cohen is a corporate and transactional lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, general corporate and commercial transactions. Mr. Cohen works with a variety of clients ranging from technology and new media companies to traditional economy companies, and counsels clients on various aspects of corporate law, including structuring and formation, equity and debt financing, business protection and employment issues and agreements, licensing, supply and distribution agreements, and general transactional and commercial agreements. Mr. Cohen received his law degree in 1995 from Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Massachusetts.
