Stacey Ashby

Stacey Ashby practices civil litigation with an emphasis in commercial real estate disputes. In particular, Ms. Ashby has litigated numerous affordable housing actions, including several Article 78 proceedings concerning the applicability and effect of various rent regulations. Ms. Ashby has also worked on complex commercial matters and contract disputes, including business tort actions, major landlord-tenant disputes and brokerage commission claims.

Ms. Ashby is a graduate of Pace University, having received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (cum laude). In 2004, Ms. Ashby earned her law degree from Fordham University School of Law where she was an editor of the Fordham Environmental Law Review. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
