In part, this includes responding to all types of Office Actions before the U.S. Trademark Office and managing opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Mrs. Jurist has represented businesses and entrepreneurs in a wide range of industries, such as fashion and apparel, software and technology, food and beverages, and consumer products. In addition to her significant experience on trademark issues, Mrs. Jurist’s practice includes negotiating and drafting IP-related agreements such as licenses, assignments and coexistence agreements. Furthermore, Mrs. Jurist is experienced in copyright matters, including filing applications with the U.S. Copyright Office, sending cease and desist letters and handling infringement disputes.
