He also spent three years in London at EY Global's headquarters where he managed regulatory enforcement matters for EY Global, and assisted EY member firms in responding to enforcement and litigation matters, particularly involving US regulators. Jonathan also regularly handles corporate and internal investigations including whistleblower matters.

- Advising EY China in the SEC action against China Big 4 firms for audit workpaper access
- Representing non-US EY firm in a multi-jurisdictional PCAOB investigation
- Representing EY personnel in joint DOJ/SEC Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigation.
Prior to joining EY, Jonathan was Senior Counsel in the SEC's Division of Enforcement in New York where he handled investigations and litigation related to financial fraud and insider trading. Earlier in his career he was an associate at Thelen Reid & Priest in New York and was a law clerk to the Honorable Donald Goldman of the New Jersey Superior Court. Jonathan holds B.A. and M.A. degrees from Johns Hopkins University, a M.SC. degree in Public Policy and Public Administration from the London School of Economics and a J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, where he was the winner of the Keedy Cup Moot Court tournament. Jonathan is admitted in New York and New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
