Mr. Koh is a commercial litigator with over twenty years of experience representing a wide variety of clients from large institutions to individual entrepreneurs. He concentrates on representing clients in complex litigation in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitrations and in other alternative dispute resolution venues. Mr. Koh's practice includes representing clients in commercial disputes of all types including real estate litigation, goods sold and delivered cases, business torts, partnership disputes, shareholder lockout litigations, trademark infringement litigation, defamation actions, accountant liability cases, commercial foreclosure cases, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes. Mr. Koh's reported decisions include: Boulevard Hosuing Corp. v. Bisk, 80 A.D.3d 430, 913 N.Y.S.2d 657 (1st Dep't 2011); Professional Sound Services, Inc. v. Guzzi, 349 F. Supp. 2d 722 S.D.N.Y. 2004, aff'd, 159 Fed. Appx. 270 (2nd cir. 2005); Feirstein v. Nanbar Realty Corp., 963 F. Supp. 254 (S.D.N.Y. 1997); and Nanbar Realty Corp. v. Pater Realty Co., 242 A.D. 2d 208, 661 N.Y.S.2d 216 (1st Dep't 1997).
