Alyson Bruns is a litigation associate with the firm, focusing her practice on employment law. Ms. Bruns defends businesses against employment claims, including claims based on allegations of wage and hour violations and violations of anti-discrimination laws. Ms. Bruns also counsels businesses on employment-related matters. Ms. Bruns has experience litigating class and collective actions, as well as actions involving individual plaintiffs. In addition to employment law, Ms. Bruns has practiced securities litigation.
Ms. Bruns is a graduate of New York University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. In 2003, Ms. Bruns earned her law degree from Cornell Law School, where she was a Managing Editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. Ms. Bruns is admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as the federal courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
