Melissa Reed has been with Meister Seelig & Fein LLP since 2000. Melissa works primarily in the Firm's corporate and intellectual property departments. Melissa has extensive experience with corporate closings, corporate formations, corporate housekeeping and trademark prosecution. Melissa has a Bachelor of Music Degree from William Paterson University (1997) and a Diploma in Paralegal Studies from New York University (1999).
