Anita Delshad is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department. She is a graduate of Rutgers College (B.A. 1998) and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (J.D. 2005). Ms. Delshad is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the State of New Jersey. Ms. Delshad has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating and executing various sophisticated real estate contracts, including mortgage/mezzanine loan documents, sales/disposition contracts, lease documents, and land use agreements. She has represented high profile developers, landlords, tenants, lenders and borrowers in both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
